The front of my laptop has buttons to mute, increase/decrease volume, as well as pause/play/stop and skip forward or back while I'm playing music or movies. I am annoyed by the fact that the pause/play/stop/forward/back buttons only seem to work with Windows Media Player. these buttons are called Media Buttons.
each player has its own shortcuts for play, stop, forward, back etc. so the standard installation is made for the Windows Media Player.
maybe there is a configuration utility in Control Panel where you can setup different sets of shortcuts for these media buttons.

How do you make custom controls and buttons in Visual Basic 2008?
Some programs seems to have their own controls and buttons other than the standard button you use in VB 2008. For example, a program might have a circular shiny blue button instead of a rectangular standard button.

I'm on a Sony VAIO AR-31 which has AV buttons, ie. play/pause, stop, previous, next, and one to start a multimedia program.

that is a mid 90's tv right? I dont really think you can get the little push buttons to replace it now. Mostly you just need to get a remote for it...and not a universal one, an rca one

Have you ever pressed the remote control's buttons harder when the battery's dead KNOWING that it doesn't help?

Well the remote to the TV downstairs doesn't have that problem usually the batteries last centuries.. BUT it does however not respond to the button pressing AT ALL.. like you press the button you you have to wait SECONDS.. yes SECONDS for it to do anything.. you may be thinking.. ';hmm seconds isn't that bad..'; but nooo those seconds mount up the more you press the button, like say if I wanted to change the channel up 4 times or something I have to wait all the seconds that it takes to change once which feels like for ever so I'm like omg *presses it loads more* then it changes then after loads of time later it changes all the times I pressed it trying to get it to respond causing my relaxation levels to drop quite a lot.. maybe I will make a graph to further explain my scientific findings into delayed channel changing and the effects of a human..

How do i use the options buttons on the control box in excel?
It is like regular VB options buttons
You may only need to group them in one Frame control
Again, it is like VB controls and required VB code to work
Group each group of option buttons into one frame to act togeter
