Why do people push the buttons harder on a remote control when they know the batteries are dead ?

People seem to think that pressure placed on the button determines how much of a signal is emitted. This, obviously, isn't the case. Pressing a button and smashing a button on a remote with dead batteries results in the same result. No signal. Why do people push the buttons harder on a remote control when they know the batteries are dead ?
because theyre pissed offWhy do people push the buttons harder on a remote control when they know the batteries are dead ?
for old people, like me, we remember the original TV remote control. that was the ';clicker';, a mechanical aparatus that made a chirping sound. pushing the button harder made a louder chirp (because it was mechanical and not electric). The TV set had an ultrasonic detector that heard the chirp. Some garage door openers run on a similar device.
did you get this from john tickle on brainiac?

cause he said it,

i thought it was funny coz its so true.
LMAO...Now that was funny. Good job! I like that. It's kinda like why is it called a driveway when we park our car there.
some people cannot handel sudden change because they cannot think
Thats a really good question...
Because they're retarded
i hammer the remote into the table to make it work
they think it will suck the last juices out of it, and give them that last channel change!
probably because it fixes the problem quick and easy...

...ask them yourself.

I'm sure most will give you different answers
