Why do you press harder on the buttons of a remote control when you know the batteries are dead?

lol because we think the control is a lemon or en empty toothpaste and we are trying to squeeze the last bits out

I don't know, but it's true!





To squeeze the power out of the batteries i think we believe it will work if pressure is applied x)
because we are too lazy to buy new batteries and change them....so i even bang them sometimes...just to make the remote work.
Because we have hope it might work
lol...in a hope that i dont have to get up ...and search for new ones...
lol...it's the desperation. your brain commands you to do it because it's a pain in the butt to have to get off the couch to press the buttons on the tv set.


it sometimes works for me though!
